Welcome to VuniPour. This website is operated by VuniPour. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to VuniPour. By accessing or using any part of the site, including placing an order, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, vendors, and content contributors. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Our Site

By using our site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including intellectual property laws).

2. Products & Fulfillment

VuniPour sells freshly roasted coffee made to order. All orders are processed through a third-party U.S.-based fulfillment partner, who handles roasting, packaging, and shipment.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or limit any order

  • Discontinue any product at any time without notice

  • Cancel or modify orders suspected of fraud or abuse

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time.

3. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep all site information accurate, but we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Content is provided for general information only.

You agree that it’s your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

4. Order Accuracy & Billing

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases made on our store.

You are responsible for double-checking your shipping address before placing an order. We are not liable for misdeliveries due to customer input error.

5. Shipping Policy

All of our coffee is roasted to order and shipped directly from our U.S. roasting facility to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

Processing Time:
Orders are submitted immediately to our roaster.

  • Roasting & handling time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. public holidays)

Shipping Time:
We currently ship within the United States only.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after roast.
Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location and order size. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If marked “Delivered” but not received, we recommend first checking with neighbors, building management, or your postal carrier. If still missing, email us at VuniPour@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to help, but refunds or replacements for marked deliveries are not guaranteed.

6. Return & Refund Policy

All of our coffee is freshly roasted to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

However, if there is an issue with your order — such as damage, incorrect items, or fulfillment errors — we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
Email VuniPour@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Photo of the item and packaging

  • Order number

  • Brief description of the issue

You may be eligible for:

  • A replacement at no cost

  • A refund to your original payment method

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened coffee bags

  • Brewed/used coffee

  • Items altered or consumed

Cancellations:
Orders are processed immediately upon purchase. We do not accept cancellations once an order is confirmed.

7. Third-Party Services

Some parts of our Service are fulfilled by third-party vendors (such as our roasting and shipping partner). These providers operate independently and may have their own policies. We are not responsible for their actions or performance.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, logos, copy, and photography are the intellectual property of VuniPour and may not be used or copied without written permission.

9. User Feedback & Submissions

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to us (via email or otherwise) may be used by VuniPour without compensation or restriction.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site or its content for:

  • Unlawful purposes

  • Harassment or hate speech

  • Uploading malicious code or spam

  • Collecting personal data of others

  • Interfering with security or functionality

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violations.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

In no case shall VuniPour be liable for any injury, loss, or damages of any kind arising from your use of our site or products.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
