At VuniPour, all of our coffee is roasted fresh to order and shipped directly from our U.S.-based roasting facility to ensure peak quality, freshness, and flavor. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
📦 Processing Time

All orders are roasted and packed within 2–5 business days of purchase.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. public holidays).

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We roast and fulfill every order individually — nothing sits on a shelf.
🚚 Shipping Time
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Estimated delivery time:
3–7 business days after roasting and dispatch.
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, the carrier, weather disruptions, and order volume (especially during holidays).
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly listed on the site when available.
🚫 Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. VuniPour is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you spot an error after ordering, email us immediately at VuniPour@gmail.com — if your order hasn’t been roasted yet, we may be able to update it in time.
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days of your order, contact us at VuniPour@gmail.com and we’ll assist right away.
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your order is marked "Delivered" but you haven’t received it:

Check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier

Wait 24 hours — sometimes tracking is updated ahead of actual delivery
