At VuniPour, every bag of coffee is roasted fresh to order. That means it’s made just for you — which is why we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
That said, if something’s wrong with your order, we’ll always do our best to fix it.
🚚 Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not up to standard, please contact us at VuniPour@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

Your order number
-
A brief explanation of the issue

A clear photo showing the product and packaging
Once we review your case, we’ll offer one of the following:

A replacement order at no cost

A full refund to your original payment method
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Opened coffee bags
-
Brewed or consumed coffee
-
Any product that has been tampered with or repackaged
❌ Order Cancellations
Because all orders are roasted and fulfilled immediately after purchase, we cannot cancel orders once they are confirmed. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before checking out.
📦 Lost or Stolen Deliveries
If your order is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Check with your neighbors, local delivery driver, or building management

Wait 24 hours — sometimes packages are marked as delivered slightly early
