Return & Refund Policy

At VuniPour, every bag of coffee is roasted fresh to order. That means it’s made just for you — which is why we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

That said, if something’s wrong with your order, we’ll always do our best to fix it.

🚚 Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not up to standard, please contact us at VuniPour@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • A clear photo showing the product and packaging

Once we review your case, we’ll offer one of the following:

  • A replacement order at no cost

  • A full refund to your original payment method

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened coffee bags

  • Brewed or consumed coffee

  • Any product that has been tampered with or repackaged

❌ Order Cancellations

Because all orders are roasted and fulfilled immediately after purchase, we cannot cancel orders once they are confirmed. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before checking out.

📦 Lost or Stolen Deliveries

If your order is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with your neighbors, local delivery driver, or building management

  2. Wait 24 hours — sometimes packages are marked as delivered slightly early

  3. If it’s still missing, email us at VuniPour@gmail.com

We’ll do our best to assist, but please note: VuniPour is not responsible for orders lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
